Hi! Looking for a room in Luzern in Neustadt not far away from the train station? (10min walking) This cozy room is in a quiet area, next to Paulusplatz, where you have supermarkets, the bus station (1 min), die Post, and some restaurants and businesses around the area.

Your flatmates: Jan (30) is an electronic engineer passionate about open-source software and loves discussing about global politics, economics, and other important topics that affect society as a whole. He was born and raised near Luzern and is a proper local. He plays volleyball and also uses the weekends to rest, go for a walk, or sometimes a beer.
Danitza (27) comes from Colombia and is the partner from Jan. They share their room and even have their own living room connected to their room (there is a second common living room ~15m2). She likes cooking and listening to podcasts, she used to manage her own shop in Colombia, and is learning german super fast. She speaks to Jan in Spanish/German. She often goes to Littau for volunteering work and is a very organised person.

Your room: your room is quite big. With a window that has daylight from early in the morning and has direct sunlight from 11h-15h which is pretty cool. The room is spacious and comes fully furnished for 300chf (wardrobe, desk, chair, bed). The mattress and coat hanger belong to Jan but will be in the room as well. There is an extra lamp that I have for you in case you want to change the big yellow one.

Apart from that there is a Keller downstairs and an amazing common terrace on top of the building.
