Wir, Oscar (29) und Sebastian (30), zwei berufstätige junge Männer, suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, um unsere WG in Zürich Oerlikon zu ergänzen. Oscar fängt demnächst einen neuen Job an nd verbringt seine Freizeit gerne damit, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Sebastian ist Finanzcontroller und liebt es, den Sommer an der Limmat zu verbringen. In seinen Ferien trifft man ihn oft beim Kitesurfen am Meer, wo er seine Leidenschaft für Wassersport auslebt.
Unsere WG befindet sich in einer tollen Lage in Zürich Oerlikon und bietet eine gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir legen grossen Wert darauf, dass unser neuer Mitbewohner/die neue Mitbewohnerin Interesse daran hat, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Abends sitzen wir gerne zusammen, tauschen uns aus und haben interessante Gespräche. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir als WG auch hin und wieder gemeinsame Unternehmungen planen und durchführen.

We are looking for a new tenant for a room of 13m2 in Zurich Oerlikon. It is located near the train station and many shopping facilities are not far. The rent of CHF 980 includes all utilities and a cleaner who cleans the common rooms every two weeks. A possible rent increase due to the rise of the reference interest rate is not included.
