Für die kommenden zwei Monate vermiete ich ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in Stettbach unter. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man zu Fuss innerhalb von 12 Minuten den Bahnhof Stettbach, direkt vor dem Haus fährt auch ein Bus nach Stettbach. In der direkten Umgebung ist Lidl, am Bahnhof Stettbach ist ein Migros. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung und das freie Zimmer, ich nutze das zweite Zimmer.

Ich bin Jan, 28 Jahre alt, und arbeite als Data Scientist und bin abends und teilweise am Wochenende da. In meiner Freizeit fahre ich gerne Velo und treffe Freunde, bin sonst aber eher ruhig. Ich suche eine ruhige, entspannte und saubere Person die nicht raucht für das zweite Zimmer :)

Das Zimmer ist etwa 2,8 mal 3 Meter gross und unmöbliert. Bei Bedarf kann ich gerne eine Kleiderstange und eine Kommode reinstellen. Der Mietpreis ist warm, in der Wohnung gibt es derzeit kein WLAN.

For the next two months, I’m subletting an unfurnished room in Stettbach. From the apartment, you can walk to Stettbach train station in about 12 minutes, and there’s also a bus to Stettbach that stops right in front of the building. There’s a Lidl nearby, and a Migros at the station. The pictures show the apartment and the available room — I’m using the second room.

I’m Jan, 28 years old, working as a data scientist, and I’m usually around in the evenings and sometimes on weekends. In my free time, I enjoy biking and meeting up with friends, but I’m generally pretty quiet. I’m looking for a calm, relaxed, and tidy person who doesn’t smoke for the second room :)

The room is about 2.8 by 3 meters and unfurnished. If needed, I can provide a clothes rack and a chest of drawers. The rent is all-inclusive. There’s currently no Wi-Fi in the apartment.
