It has a spacious living room with a sofa, bean bags, dining table and a projector. Heat isolation is very good (double glass windows) and all rooms have large heating radiators. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a dining table, a dishwasher and a microwave. The apartment also has a nice balcony with chairs and a corner outdoor sofa that you can hang out during summer.

There is a common floor for washing, hanging and drying the laundry (with an indoor air-laundry dryer machine), shared with only two other apartments.
Nearby there is also a small park where you can chill during spring and summer.

The rent is CHF1000 plus CHF200 for heating, electricity and plus CHF25 for the wifi.

About Your Flatmate:

I am Panos, originally from Greece, 29 years old. I moved to Zurich in 2020 for a Master’s at ETH, and now I’m working in an engineering and manufacturing company here. Unfortunately, I don’t speak German yet (but I’m working on it!).

A bit about me: I am into sports football, running, gym, hiking, and of course, skiing in the Alps. I see home as more than just a place to sleep; I really value a warm and welcoming space where both of us feel comfortable. Tidiness is important to me, I like to keep things clean and organized, making it a nice place to relax and invite friends from time to time.

I’m very extroverted and social and enjoy having relaxed conversations. I really respect personal space and daily routines, but I’d love to have a flatmate who’s also up for a friendly chat rather than just doing their own thing. In the end, it is all about the good vibes and the positive energy, so if you're someone who brings a smile to the room, I think that this is the right place!

Bonus: I have a nice projector, so if you’re into movie nights or watching football matches, that’s a plus!
