Our beautiful and spacious 4-person WG will have a room available from November 20th. The date is relatively flexible, so you could move in a bit earlier or later if needed. PLEASE READ the footnote!!

You’ll be sharing the flat with Alessio, Steph, and Silvan, all between 28 and 32 years old, working full-time. We’re looking for someone within a similar age range. The common language in the flat is English, but other languages in the WG are French, German, Swiss-German, Portuguese, and Italian. Everyone enjoys sports and spending time with friends.
We like to keep the flat tidy and clean, and we value someone who genuinely wants to be part of the WG life. From time to time and spontaneously , we hang out together, have dinner, or chat while cooking, but of course, everyone also has their own space.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one toilet, one bathroom, a small storage room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a pool table and a balcony. The rent is only CHF 870 per month, which includes all utilities (electricity, heating, internet, etc.) and a cleaning service twice a month for the shared areas of the flat.

IMPORTANT: This will be a permanent sublease contract. I’m leaving the WG because my job contract has ended. In case I find a new job in Zürich, I might need the room again, but I would, of course, give you a two-month notice period to find another place. There’s also a chance I’ll find a job in another city or change my plans and not return to the WG.
