Es ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Matratze und Deckenleuchte möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG ohne Lift. Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin im Alter zwischen 25 bis 40. Du wirst mit mir, Julian (33), zusammen wohnen. Ich arbeite als Architekt in Zürich, komme ursprünglich aus Deutschland und lebe seit über 5 Jahren hier. Neben der Architektur bin ich vor allem für verschiedenste Sportarten, vor allem Tennis, Fussball und Bergsport sowie für Musik und das Spielen verschiedener Instrumente zu begeistern. The room is approximately 16 square meters in size, it has beautiful wooden parquet flooring and, like the apartment in general, is quiet despite its central location. It is furnished with a wardrobe, bed with mattress, and ceiling light. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
