I'll be leaving my room to the next lucky tenant. This place is amazing because apart from being 10 mins walk from the city centre, 2 mins from the tram and Migros/Coop, you have the top floor or the penthouse as I call it ;) all to yourself.
The top floor has its own bathroom and a small office/living room.
Downstairs is the kitchen and living room as well as the other two bedrooms and tenants, with whom you'll be sharing the communal areas.
We're looking for professionals and the idea is that whoever takes this room over will become a co-main tenant, that means sharing the contract with one of the other two.
