WG-Zimmer in Luzern – CHF 790/Monat inkl. NK | ab April (see english version below)

Ich bin David (30), berufstätig und suche ab April einen Mitbewohner für meine neue 2er-WG.
Zu mir: Ich mache gerne Sport (zB Badminton, Padel, Fussball, Boxen uvm). Abends koche ich ab und zu, schaue mal ein Fussballspiel oder entspanne einfach. Die Party-Tage liegen sicher hinter mir, aber hin und wieder gehe ich gerne aus (zB in eine Bar, an den See etc.). Ich mache ca. 1-2 mal pro Woche Home Office und bin zudem am Wochenende oft unterwegs.
Mir ist eine gute WG-Atmosphäre sehr wichtig. Keine Zweck-WG, aber mit genügend Freiraum und Rückzugsmöglichkeit für jeden. Wichtig ist, dass man sich gut versteht und auf einer Wellenlänge ist. Zuverlässigkeit und ein sauberes, ordentliches Zuhause sind mir sehr wichtig.

Das Zimmer
Das ruhige Zimmer (ca. 14 m²) ist unmöbliert und steht frühestens ab April zur Verfügung (Einzugsdatum flexibel) — befristet bis Ende März 2027. Die Miete beträgt CHF 790/Monat, all-inclusive: Heizung, Strom, Serafe und Internet sind inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und wurde vor Kurzem renoviert (inkl. Bad und Küche). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine. Im Haus gibt es zudem einen gemeinsamen Waschraum im Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (kostenlose Nutzung) sowie einen kleinen Kellerabteil, der geteilt werden kann. Einen Autoparkplatz gibt es nicht — Velos können jedoch in der Hofeinfahrt abgestellt werden.

Die Lage
Die Wohnung liegt an der Bernstrasse, gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Verkehr und nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt Luzern sowie der Reuss entfernt.

I'm David (30), working full-time, and looking for a flatmate for my new 2-person shared flat.

About me
I enjoy sports — badminton, padel, football, boxing and more. In the evenings I'll occasionally cook, watch a football match or just unwind. My party days are probably behind me, but I do enjoy going out every now and then — to a bar, the lake etc. I work from home about once or twice a week and am often away on weekends.
A good flatmate dynamic matters a lot to me — not just a functional arrangement, but with enough personal space and freedom for everyone. What counts most is getting along well and being on the same page. Reliability and a clean, tidy home are very important to me.

The room
The quiet room (approx. 14 m²) is unfurnished and available from April at the earliest — move-in date is flexible — on a fixed-term contract until end of March 2027. Rent is CHF 790/month, all-inclusive: heating, electricity, Serafe and internet are all covered.

The flat
The flat is on the 3rd floor and was recently renovated, including the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the building there is also a shared laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer (free to use), as well as a small storage compartment that can be shared. There is no parking space — bikes can be stored in the courtyard entrance.

The location
The flat is on Bernstrasse, well connected to public transport and just a few minutes from Lucerne city centre and the Reuss river.
