I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious 28 m² room with its own approx. 8 m² private balcony in our shared house in Horgen from 1 November 2026. An earlier move-in may also be possible by agreement.

The room is bright and genuinely spacious, with wooden flooring, several windows and a large built-in wardrobe. With 28 m² inside plus the private balcony, there is plenty of room for a proper sleeping area, home office and separate sitting area.

The house itself is a big part of what makes the place special. You have access to a large kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a big garden with outdoor seating, laundry room and sauna.

The bathroom/WC on my floor is shared with only two other people.

Location

The house is in Horgen with convenient connections towards both Zürich and Zug. Horgen Oberdorf station, bus connections and local shops are all within walking distance.

CHF 1’648 per month incl. ancillary costs

A garage parking space and an outdoor parking space are also available and can be taken over by arrangement. The current parking arrangement is CHF 150/month.
