Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² gross, mit schönem Naturholzboden und grossem Fenster. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Untermiete ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann aber bei Bedarf verlängert werden. Eine Beteiligung an der Mietkaution ist nicht nötig.

Wohnung:
Die Altbauwohnung hat eine separate Küche mit gemütlichem, sonnigem Balkon, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Garten zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Bisher haben wir zu dritt in der 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung gewohnt, neu wird es eine 2er-WG mit Wohnzimmer (ca. 16 m²). Dieses wird noch eingerichtet. :)

Zu dir:
Du bist arbeitstätig, 26+, und dir ist eine ruhige und saubere WG wichtig.
Du schätzt deine Privatsphäre, hast aber auch Lust auf gelegentliches gemeinsames Kochen (kein Muss).

Zu mir:
Ich bin 28, weiblich habe Politikwissenschaften studiert und bin berufstätig. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich viel Sport (Rennvelo, Laufen, Schwimmen), bin also oft draussen unterwegs. Ansonsten lese und koche ich sehr gerne.

Room:
The room is about 14 m², with beautiful natural wooden floors and a large window. It is rented unfurnished. The sublet is initially limited to one year but can be extended if needed. No contribution to the rental deposit is required.

Apartment:
The charming old-building apartment has a separate kitchen with a cosy, sunny balcony, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a small garden for shared use. Until now, we have lived here as a 3-person flatshare in a 3.5-room apartment. From now on, it will be a 2-person flatshare with a shared living room (about 16 m²), which is currently being furnished. :)

About you:
You are employed, 26+, and value a quiet and tidy flatshare.
You appreciate your privacy but also enjoy the occasional shared cooking (not a must).

About me:
I am 28, female, studied Political Science, and work full-time.
In my free time, I do a lot of sports (road cycling, running, swimming) and spend a lot of time outdoors. I also love reading and cooking.
