I am (45, male) renting out one furnished room in my 3.5 room apartment. The room is temporarily available on a monthly basis from 07.12.24. Move-in date and rental period (min. 1 month, max. 4 months) is flexible. I'll be traveling in December and January so you'll have the whole apartment to yourself.

The apartment is located in the best location in district 8, Zurich Seefeld between Höschgasse and Fröhlichstrasse and is about 5-8 min walk from the lake.
Supermarkets and public transportation are within 3-5 min walking distance.
The train stations Zurich HB and Stadelhofen are easy to reach.
