We’re renting out a room in our beautiful two-floor apartment in Steinhausen, available from August 1st.

We’re two Italian guys in our 30s, easy-going and respectful. We both work in the area and like to keep the apartment relaxed, clean, and welcoming.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from Steinhausen Bahnhof, with easy access to trains and public transport.

• Modern duplex with 3 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms: one guest toilet, one with a shower, and one with a bathtub
• Large, bright terrace – perfect for relaxing or summer aperitivos
• Fully equipped shared areas (kitchen, living room, laundry)

🔍 Who we’re looking for
• Someone around our age (late 20s–30s)
• Preferably not living full-time – ideal for someone who’s in town a few days a week
• Clean, respectful, and easy to live with
• Speaks Italian or English

🛋️ The room
• Fully furnished, only the mattress is missing
• We’ll arrange a separate price for the furniture with you
