I am temporarily renting this room with a private bathroom and balcony, located in a shared apartment at Bahnhofstrabe 10, 8304 Wallisellen.

It's perfect for someone looking for temporary accommodation to enjoy the winter in Zurich. It's located in the center of Wallisellen, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the Glatt shopping center. Coop, Migros, and Denner supermarkets are also a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. The other residents are over 40, so we are looking for a quiet, clean person who knows how to live together and respects the rules.

The room includes:

\- Private refrigerator in the kitchen

Es ist ideal fur alle, die eine temporäre Unterkunft suchen, um den Winter in Zürich zu genieben. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Wallisellen, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 6 Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum Glatt entfernt. Auch die Supermarkte Coop, Migros und Denner sind in 3 Minuten zu Fub erreichbar.

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die anderen Bewohner sind uber 40, daher suchen wir eine ruhige, ordentliche Person, die rucksichtsvoll mit anderen zusammenleben kann und die Hausordnung respektiert.
