We have a large furnished room opening up in our spacious shared apartment in Zürich-Altstetten, available from *1st December 2025* for a long-term stay. You’ll be taking over the main tenant contract for the room; deposit is 3 months worth of rent.

The room comes with simple furniture (bed, open wardrobe, desk, and couch), all of which you’ll take over. Large west-facing windows give you afternoon sunshine, and while the street is nearby, the room stays peaceful with the window closed. You’ll share the bathroom with just one person – a friendly Brazilian flatmate who’s always up for a laugh.

Our home offers a generous living space, with a cozy lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. A spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing or hosting friends, and we’re lucky to have our own washing machine and dryer right in the flat. Common areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner, and the rent covers everything – Wi-Fi, electricity, water, cleaning, and shared household items.

The location is very well connected. We’re right by “Farbhof” station (tram 2), just 7 minutes on foot from Zurich-Altstetten train station and only 2 stops (5 minutes) to Zurich HB. Within a short walk, you have a Migros supermarket, veggie shop, cafés, restaurants, post office, gym, and even public swimming facilities. Jogging to the Limmat river or into nearby fields and forest takes just 5 minutes.

You’ll be joining three easy-going guys aged 26–44, from Brazil, Germany, and Switzerland, working in pharma, aero-engineering, and media production. We value independence, respect, and a tidy home. The apartment stays quiet most of the time since often we are not around, with occasional shared dinners, and we warmly welcome applicants of all genders.
