The room is:
Fully furnished with a brand-new "Emma" bed and mattress (1.40 m width) and an also brand-new walk-in dresser from "RackBuddy". The room will be freshly re-painted in a soothing shade of blue by the time you move in. New curtains are on their way!
Please note that bedclothes are not provided. Towels, pillows and blankets are available upon request.
The room overlooks the green courtyard of the neighboring school and has direct access to the shared balcony, where you will experience great sunsets.
We have a wonderful cleaning help, who cleans the flat once a week. The cleaning fee of CHF 150.- per month are not included in the price.

Please bear in mind that this is NOT a flat for a couple. Furthermore, the flat is not suitable for people who wish to do home-office on a regular basis.

The flat is conveniently located in front of the tram stop "Bachmattstrasse" and within walking distance of Altstetten's train station. There is a "Denner" supermarket literally around the corner. Further shopping possibilities are within a ten minutes walking radius.
