The room is:

Fully furnished with a new bed and mattress (1.40 m width) and an also walk-in dresser. The room overlooks the green courtyard of the neighboring school and has direct access to the shared balcony, where you will experience great sunsets.
We have a wonderful cleaning help, who cleans the flat once a week. The cleaning fee of CHF 150.- per month are not included in the price.


I am looking for:

Someone who appreciates interior design, cleanliness, and peaceful home to live in. The ideal roommate is interested in a long-term contract, is LGBTQI-friendly, open minded and non-smoker. Please bear in mind that while your significant other is welcomed, this is NOT a flat for a couple. Furthermore, the flat is not suitable for people who wish to do home-office on a regular basis. Please be so kind and provide short description of yourself and interests. If you don't, you will simply be ignored.
Last but not least, we need to meet in person before deciding on the contract.

I am a Latin American born lawyer (40 y/o), who loves to travel, dance to techno, go antiques-hunting and enjoys meaningful conversations with a glass of wine. The flat is conveniently located in front of the tram stop "Bachmattstrasse" and within walking distance of Altstetten's train station. There is a "Denner" supermarket literally around the corner. Further shopping possibilities are within a ten minutes walking radius.but
