WG Zimmer in einer Studenten WG an zentraler Lage direkt bei der OLMA Messe. Ich (22m) suche eine*n Untermieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer vom 01.09.2025 - 31.12.2025 (Verlängerung bis Januar möglich). Du würdest mit meinen Mitbewohnerinnen 20f und 21f zusammen wohnen. Die Wohung befindet sich direkt bei der OLMA Messen 3 Minuten enfernt von den Bushaltestelle Kantonsspital, Singenberg und Olma Messen. Zu Fuss erreichst du die Uni in 10-15min., den Marktplatz in etwa 8 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Apotheke und Poststelle gibts entweder beim Marktplatz oder bei der Langgasse, beides ist etwa gleich nahe. Die WG ist bereits voll ausgestattet und die Möbel im Zimmer können benutzt werden. Bei der WG ist folgendes inklusive:

\- Wlan
\- Geschirrspüler
\- Mikrowelle / Reiskocher / Blender/ Kaffeemaschine / SodaStream
\- Volle Küchenausstattung mit Pfannen / Tellern / Besteck / etc.
\- Plattenspieler im Wohnzimmer
\- Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung im Keller (kann fast immer gebraucht werden)
\- Sonstige Haushaltsgeräte (Bügeleisen etc.)

Perfect for exchange students

Shared room in a student flat in a central location right next to the OLMA trade fair. I (22m) am looking for a subtenant for my shared room from 01.09.2025 - 31.12.2025 (extension until January possible). You would live together with my roommates 20f and 21f. The flat is located directly at the OLMA Messe 3 minutes away from the bus stops Kantonsspital, Singenberg and Olma Messen. You can reach the university in 10-15 minutes on foot and the Marktplatz in about 8 minutes. Shopping facilities as well as a pharmacy and post office are either at Marktplatz or Langgasse, both are about the same distance. The flat is already fully equipped and the furniture in the room can be used. The following is included in the shared flat:

\- WiFi
\- Dishwasher
\- Microwave / rice cooker / blender / coffee machine / SodaStream
\- Full kitchen equipment with pans / plates / cutlery / etc.
\- Record player in the living room
\- Washing machine for shared use in the basement (can almost always be used)
\- Other household appliances (iron etc.)
