I am looking for a student to take over my lease contract from the 1.2.25 until the 30.6.25. The room is part of a shared apartment with three other students and is located directly next to the CHUV in a quiet neighbourhood and 2min from the next busstop and 5-10min from the Metro Ours/CHUV. The city centre therefore starts 5min by foot from the house. A bed as well as a wardrobe is included, additional furniture could be taken over, as I won't be needing most of it anymore. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared with the other flatmates and is very well equipped. Time to EPFL/UNIL - 30-35min Time to CHUV 5min.
