Per 1. Mai 2024 ist an der Austrasse im angesagtem Kreis 3 ein unmöbliertes Zimmer frei befristet bis September 2024 (möglicherweise verlängert bis März 2025). Das zu vermietende 14 m² große Zimmer hat einen schönen Parkettboden und ist sehr ruhig, mit direktem Blick ins Grüne. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Und die Möbel der anderen Zimmer sind teilweise von meinen Vormieter, weswegen nicht alles da bleibt. Die 3-Zimmer Hochparterrewohnung bietet zudem eine kleine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein grosses Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Stauraum hats in den Wandschränken im Gang und im Keller. Wenn man auf dem Balkon übers Geländer springt befindet man sich gleich im Garten. Das viele Grün hinterm Haus sorgt nicht nur für eine angenehme Ruhe sondern hält die Wohnung im Sommer auch schön kühl. Das Fahrrad findet vor der Haustür oder unten im Keller Platz. Zum Waschen trägst Du Dich einfach in den Waschplan für die Waschmaschine im Keller ein. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad gerade mal 10-15 Minuten. Bushaltestelle Manesseplatz 3 Minuten, Schmiede Wiedikon für Trams 5 Minuten und Bahnhof Binz, Giesshübel und Wiedikon in weniger als 8 Minuten zu Fuss!

Ich bin Raphael und arbeite Mo - Fr in einem Fotogeschäft. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, treffe mich mit Freund:innen und bin oft unterwegs am Reisen und Fotografieren. Im Sommer gehe ich auch gerne eine Runde im See oder in der Limmat schwimmen. Ansonsten mag ich es aber auch gemeinsam zu kochen/essen, einfach mal so zusammen zu sitzen. Ich bin eigenständig und auch öfters mal unterwegs, schätze aber trotzdem das Miteinander.

As of May 1, 2024, an unfurnished room is available at Austrasse in the trendy district 3 for a limited period until September 2024 (extension until March 2025 is possible). The 14 m² room for rent has a beautiful parquet floor and is very quiet, with a direct view on the greenery. The room is unfurnished. And some of the furniture in the other rooms is from my previous tenant, which is why not everything stays there. The 3-room raised ground floor apartment also offers a small kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room and balcony. There is storage space in the wall cupboards in the hallway and in the cellar. If you jump over the railing on the balcony, you are immediately in the garden. The greenery behind the house not only makes for a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere but also keeps the apartment nice and cool in summer. You can store your bike outside the front door or downstairs in the cellar. To wash your clothes, simply sign up for the washing schedule for the washing machine in the basement. The city center is just 10-15 minutes away by bike. Bus stop Manesseplatz 3 minutes, Schmiede Wiedikon for streetcars 5 minutes and Binz, Giesshübel and Wiedikon train stations less than 8 minutes on foot!
