Hello,

we are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful 3.5 room apartment. The room is available from May or June. We are open to discuss about the date.

The flat is very bright, cozy and spacious (94 m2). It has a perfect location with a lots of nature around, quiet neighborhood but still with a lots of shopping possibilities - groceries (Coop, Aldi, Lidl), Ikea, Decathlon, Jumbo, McDonalds, etc. are just few minutes away by public transport or 10-15 minutes walk. The bus stop is just around the corner and Zurich city can be reached in 16 minutes.

The apartment is located in a beautiful settlement with a Mediterranean atmosphere. It's well shielded from the road and there is a nature reserve with a pond and a small river. The settlement also includes a spacious area with a playground.

Your room would have 16 m2. It consist of a ground floor ~9.6 m2 and a maisonette part ~7 m2. It can be well utilized if you are a bit creative.

We are a couple (M 33 / F 27), easy-going, open-minded, calm, we like to spend time outside and in the mountains, we like sports (gym, yoga, climbing, skitouring, ...). Jiri works as an R&D Engineer in Wallisellen and Adela is partially a student and works part-time in a restaurant in Zurich. We would like to keep our apartment warm and comfortable for everyone so respectful and open communication is very important for us. We appreciate cleanliness and would be happy to spend some time together but we also respect personal space and privacy.
