Renting out a WG room, Zürich and surroundings (Zug).
A beautiful room in Obfelden will be available from 1. January 2025 onwards. I am looking for a neat, tidy person, that is having a steady job and would like to share a flat.
Myself, I am an outgoing and communicative person that has a lot of passion for life and loves to dance and spend time with friends and family.
It is important for me that the following is at place:
- Kitchen must be cleaned after cooking
- Living room tidied up in the evening
- no stuff is lying around in the common areas
- Spiritual, conscious person
- Non-smoker
- English language is a plus, but I also speak Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian and German
As you can see on the photos, there is 1 room as a home office space and we can share that room, accordingly to the demand.
Obfelden is a very nice place to live, with lots of nature and sun. The neighbours are also super cool, so the whole place has a good vibe.
Rent: 1200 CHF (fix cost)
The whole appartment is 85 m2.
Bus stop: 3min by walking
Trqin station (Affoltern am Albis): 10min away with a bike.
If you have a car, you can take my parking slot for now, as I am not using it.
