Rent a room in a shared flat in Wiedikon!
Hey there!

I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's room in our 3.5-room shared apartment from November 1st (or sooner). You'll be a co-main tenant, so it's a proper flatshare setup. The room is spacious and unfurnished, and I'm currently in the process of furnishing the living room (so there's still room to make it feel like home together!).
The flat is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from Albisriederplatz, close to trams, cafes, and everything you need.

A bit about me:
I'm Rory, 29, from Ireland. I'm an engineer and have been living and working in Zurich for almost three years. I'm easy-going, tidy, and respectful. I love the outdoors (hiking, biking, lake days, etc.) and I'm always up for a chat, a shared meal, or a beer now and then, but also enjoy some quiet downtime at home.

Who I'm looking for:
Someone friendly, relaxed, and tidy who appreciates a chill, respectful flatshare vibe.

To keep the rental agency happy, you'll need to:

Have a B/C permit/Swiss citizen
Earn at least 3x the rent per month
