Hi! I’m subletting my room in a nice 3 people flat! There’s no end to the contract as I’m moving with a friend but still keeping the contract.

The house is in a cool neighbourhood and is shared with other two people (early 20s, female and male) Both studying and working.

We’re looking for someone chill and uncomplicated, under 30yo. The price already includes all the costs and the room is furnished. Depending on when I’m coming back, the rent could also be extended.
