Room in a 3.5-room apartment in Zurich Wiedikon (Aemtlerstrasse)

Ich vermiete ab sofort oder nach Absprache ein ca. 12 m² grosses Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich Wiedikon an der Ämtlerstrasse. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Tram und Bus entfernt, man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum oder am HB, und trotzdem ist es ruhig durch die Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof. Wiedikon bietet viele Cafés, Restaurants sowie Coop und Migros direkt um die Ecke – urban, aber entspannt. 

Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof gelegen und kann möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden. Die Wohnung ist bereits komplett möbliert (Wohnzimmer, Küche etc.) und verfügt auch über WLAN. Du würdest mit einem entspannten Mitbewohner zusammenwohnen. 

Zeitraum: ab sofort / flexibel bis Ende November. 

I am renting out a roughly 12 m² room in our cozy 3.5-room apartment in Zurich Wiedikon on Ämtlerstrasse, available immediately or by arrangement. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from tram and bus connections, so you can reach the city center or Zurich HB very quickly, yet it’s quiet thanks to the courtyard-facing orientation. Wiedikon offers many cafés, restaurants, as well as Coop and Migros just around the corner, urban but relaxed. 

The room faces the courtyard and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.) and of course has Wi-Fi. You would be living with a relaxed and easy-going flatmate. 

Rental period: from now / flexible until the end of November.
