Ab März gehe ich für eine Zeit ins Ausland und vermiete in dieser Zeit mein gemütliches und helles WG-Zimmer unter. Da meine Reisepläne noch flexibel sind, bin ich zeitlich offen und richte mich gern nach deinen Bedürfnissen – ideal wären mindestens 6 Wochen und maximal 3 Monate, beginnend ca. März/April.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit der wundervollen Leonie (27) teilen. Sie arbeitet als Ärztin und ist eine sehr offene, herzliche und unternehmungslustige Person, die Wert auf ein harmonisches und ordentliches Zusammenleben legt.
Uns ist wichtig, dass du dich in der WG wohlfühlst und, genauso wie Leonie, Freude an einem respektvollen, sauberen und zuverlässigen Miteinander hast.

From March onwards, I’ll be going abroad for a while and will be subletting my bright and cozy room in our shared flat during that time.
You would be sharing the apartment with the wonderful Leonie (27). She works as a doctor in child and adolescent psychiatry and is a very open-minded, warm and active person who values a harmonious and tidy shared living environment.
