Hello. me and my friend are renting one room in a 4.5 bedroom apartment, the apartment have two bathrooms. And the room have his own balcony. Large living room with balcony too. We need a person with a work contract, ready to join us to rent the apartment, it's a maximum of one year. So it would be a one year living solution.
