Willst du Teil des gemeinschaftlichen Hallenwohnens im Zollhaus werden?

Wir sind 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, die in einer Halle im Zollhaus der Genossenschaft Kalkbreite leben und arbeiten. Die Halle ist 120 qm groß, hat 4m hohe Decken, Wohntürme, gemütliche Ecken, viel Platz zum Leben und Arbeiten und einen fantastischen Blick über das Gleismeer beim HB Zürich. Das Hallenprojekt ist für uns ein gemeinschaftlicher Lebens- und Kreativraum, geprägt von unserem eigenen Engagement.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem interessanten, engagierten und lieben Menschen, der ab dem 1. April 2026 befristet für 6 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung, mit uns zusammen wohnen will.

Facts:
1 Wohneinheit mit ca. 9 qm private Nutzfläche für 800.- CHF/mtl. befristet für 6 Monate ab April bis September 2026.

Inbegriffen: ca. 100 qm gemeinsame Fläche in der Halle (Küche, offener Wohnbereich, Galerie, Rückzugsraum, 2 WCs und Bad mit Badewanne) sowie direkter Zugang zum Innenhof und weiteren Gemeinschaftsräumen (2 Dachterrassen, Gleisterrasse, Projektraum, Musikraum, Bewegungsraum, Werkstatt, Nähzimmer, gemeinschaftliche Zollhausküche, Forum, etc).

Wir freuen uns, dich kennen zu lernen. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass sich bis zu 100 Menschen für eine erste Besichtigung melden. Du erhältst von uns binnen 3 Tagen eine Einladung für die Besichtigung. Das erste Kennenlernen und die Besichtigung finden am 26. Februar und 2. März statt. Ein näheres Kennenlernen im kleinen Kreis am 4. oder 9. März.

Would you like to become part of the communal living community (Hallenwohnen) in the Zollhaus?

We are four adults and two children who live and work in a hall in the Zollhaus, part of the Kalkbreite cooperative. The hall is 120 square meters, has 4-meter-high ceilings, living towers, cozy corners, plenty of space to live and work, and a fantastic view over the network of railway tracks near Zurich's main train station. For us, the hall project is a communal living and creative space, shaped by our own commitment.

We are looking for one or two interesting, dedicated, and friendly people who would like to live with us for a fixed term of six months, starting April 1, 2026, with the option to extend.

Facts:

One living tower/room offers approximately 9 square meters of private living space. The monthly rent is 800.-CHF/month for a fixed term of 6 months from April to September 2026.


Included: approximately 100 sq m of shared space in the hall (kitchen, open-plan living area, gallery, quiet room, 2 toilets, and a bathroom with a bathtub), as well as direct access to the courtyard and other communal spaces (2 roof terraces, railway terrace, project room, music room, movement room, workshop, sewing room, communal kitchen, forum, etc.).
