Looking for a flatmate to move for the 1st January 2024.
Offering a fully furnished bedroom in my new flat in Zurich , Wallisellen district (lower taxes and reduced mandatory health insurance premiums). The location is 15 minutes from Zurich HB and 10 minutes from Stadelhofen station by public transport.
Shared Space:
The whole apartment, a large storage area underground, and a parking place (if needed) can be used, except for my office and bedroom area, which are at the end of the flat next to the second balcony.
About the Flat:
* Modern, bright, and very spacious (160 square meters).
* 2 living rooms.
* 2 balconies.
* Soundproof and well-insulated: you won’t hear the neighbors.
* Amenities in the building: fitness club and spa on the ground floor, plus washing machines and dryers.
About the Bedroom:
* Fully furnished with a bed (featuring a large storage box), a new desk, an office chair, a bookshelf, and a dressing area.
* Includes a private bathroom (with a bathtub) accessible only from the bedroom.
* Move in with just your clothes—the bedroom is ready to go and can be modified to your liking!
* A new king size bed has been installed (not the one in the pictures) - 180x200.
Availability:
1st of January.
Rent:
* CHF 1’990 per month, including Nebenkosten (water, heating, building cleaning, and maintenance).
* The agency adjusts costs based on water, electricity, and heating consumption; any credits or debits will be shared.
* Additional costs: Internet (CHF 20 per month per person) and electricity (approximately CHF 30 per month per person MAXIMUM, I expect less).
Deposit:
1 month’s rent.

I am looking for a friendly, positive, easy-going, and reliable flatmate with a similar mindset.
About Me:
I am 31 years old and have been living in Switzerland for 8 years, with the last 3 in Zurich. I started my career in the commodity trading industry, focusing on minerals, and became independent last year as a commodity broker. I am also launching a venture offering geological services and financing solutions for promising mining exploration projects, including gemstone mining.
I work from home in my office at the end of the flat. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, though sailing remains my passion. I also like going out with friends, networking, and meeting new people from all horizons.
I am positive, extroverted, tolerant, determined, assertive, ambitious, honest, and ethical, always striving to stay mindful. I speak English and French fluently, with basic conversational German and Spanish, and some knowledge of Russian.
I prefer a tidy flat but am not overly strict about it.
Neighborhood:
The area is calm and convenient, with a supermarket 1 minute away on foot and restaurants, bars, and hairdressers within a 3-minute walk. The tram stop is just 2 minutes from the building.
Parking:
A private underground parking place is available upon request for CHF 150 per month.
