We are offering one of the four rooms (see floor plan) in a new building on the 8th floor, with a view over Lucerne and the Sonnenberg. The apartment has four bedrooms in total and a large open kitchen. There are two balconies—three rooms share one balcony, and the second balcony is connected to the kitchen (with lake view).

The highlight of the building is the large communal rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the company of others or simply the view of the surroundings. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy lobby and a common room that can also be used as a workspace.

The residential building is part of a newly developed neighborhood completed in February 2023, designed mainly for young people.
The rent includes several great amenities such as free use of Nextbikes, with a station right in front of the building (about 10 minutes to the city). E-bikes, e-scooters, and e-cars are also available for rent anytime.


About us:

We are two male students and one female student (Jelle, Thoma, and Polina), aged between 24 and 26. We are open-minded people who enjoy spending time together but also value personal space. For fun, we sometimes play squash or badminton, and in summer we often go to the lake together. We’ve been living together for just over 2 years. Our fourth flatmate is moving out after finishing her studies, so we’re looking for someone new to join our shared flat.
