A lovely room in a shared apartment in Weidikon.

Rent is all inclusive.

As seen in the pictures, the bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, chair 2 drawers, a 2 person couch, and shelving. There is also a heater and a large window.

It is located approximately 2 minutes away from Weidikon train station, there is a lime hub right beside the flat so moving around is never a problem. It is a 15 minute walk from Zurich HB and 5 minutes from Langstrasse. There are accessible cycle lanes all around. It is not on the main road, so the traffic noise is not an issue.

It is next to a pizza/ pasta bar which is open until midnight (helpful for a late snack), and no more than a few short minutes away from the famous Mikeller bar and a cafe which does great coffee and brunch

There is a migros and Lidl within 5 minutes of the flat.

You’ll live with 2 lovely flatmates (late 20’s). We are all social but respect each other’s time and spaces.

There is a separate toilet and bathroom, all shared.

Cleaning is included and comes once a week.

There is a washroom in the basement (no schedule - first come first served). It has one washing machine and a dryer, as well as clothes lines. There is storage in the basement too.

I’m looking to move out as my job location changed, ideally someone could move in by the middle of March. Open to discussion.
