Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner/in für unsere gemütliche 3er-WG im beliebten Hirschmatt-Neustadt-Quartier direkt beim Bahnhof Luzern. Die Lage könnte zentraler kaum sein: In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Läden, Supermärkte, ein Fitnessstudio und alles, was du für den Alltag brauchst ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Wir sind Alicia (23, Studentin) und Crystal (26, berufstätig) und wünschen uns jemanden, der unser Zuhause mitgestalten möchte. Dein Zimmer ist mit ca. 22 qm das grösste der drei Zimmer, liegt nach hinten zur Quartierstrasse und ist dank zwei grosser Fenster und hohen Decken hell und einladend, perfekt zum Einrichten und Wohlfühlen.
Bevorzugt werden Studierende zwischen 18 und Mitte zwanzig, die offen, herzlich und unkompliziert sind und Freude am Zusammenleben haben. Wir schätzen es, zusammen Zeit zu verbringen, lassen aber auch jedem genug Raum für Privatsphäre.
Die 4-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über einen grosszügigen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie zwei Bäder, ein grosses mit Badewanne, das du dir mit Alicia teilst, und ein kleines zusätzliches Bad. Ausserdem stehen dir eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in der Wohnung jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal: Der Bahnhof Luzern ist in 5 bis10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, zur Universität gehst du etwa 10 Minuten, die HSLU Wirtschaft liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt, Migros, Coop und Denner erreichst du ebenfalls in ca. 10 bis15 Minuten zu Fuss.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy 3-bed flat share in the popular Hirschmatt-Neustadt district right next to Lucerne train station. The location could hardly be more central: Close by you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, a gym and everything you need for everyday life is within easy walking distance.
We are Alicia (23, student) and Crystal (26, working) and are looking for someone who would like to complete our WG. Your room is the largest of the three rooms at approx. 22qm, situated at the back of the apartment away from trainstation and is bright and inviting thanks to two large windows and high ceilings, perfect for making yourself at home.
We prefer students between 18 and their mid-twenties who are open, genuine and uncomplicated and enjoy living together. We appreciate spending time together but also give everyone enough space for privacy.
The 4-room flat has a spacious living and dining area as well as two bathrooms, a large one with a bathtub, which you will share with Alicia, and a small additional bathroom. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat for you to use at any time.
The transport links are ideal: Lucerne train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, the university is about 10 minutes away, the HSLU is only 5 minutes away, and Migros, Coop and Denner are also about a 10-15 minute walk away.
