We’re near the Wankdorf train station and the Breitenrain and Lorraine neighborhood. There is a bus stop near the flat, small grocery stores, and Wankdorf center. By public transport, it’s 10 minutes to the main train station “Bern Bahnhof.”

The room 🎨

The free/ available room has 17 m2. It faces east and has beautiful morning sun. Looking out of the window, there is a large green and calm back yard 🌳😍

If you wish, you can take over the closet from the flatmate who moves on. The other furniture will move with her.

We are looking for you, of course. Tell us a bit about yourself! What are you currently into, and what makes you happy? 😊

We are searching for somebody who is fun and kind. Somebody with an open mind and social skills. The inofficial-official language is English, but could also be Portuguese. Ability to follow weekly cleaning schedule is a must. All genders welcome.

There is one important financial condition: you should be ready to be co-main tenant (together with Laurent). For that, you need to have a proof of a monthly income of at least 3'000 CHF (or at least 36'000 CHF per year).

We are 🌱

We are Paulo (23) and Laurent (31). We are both good humored, sociable, and relaxed persons. Paulo is a percussionist who got hooked on the experimental dimensions of music . He is also a pasta maniac and coffee lover. Laurent is a peace-worker-to-be, given he will complete his studies one day. He is passionate about anything connected to dance and puts chili on most of his meals.

Since we have our daily schedules, we don’t have steady WG rituals. It’s more the vibe of everybody doing their thing and enjoying whatever happens from there. If that speaks to you, do message us! We are so looking forward to hearing from you and to welcoming you in our sweet flat 🌻 l_n at gmx.ch
