The 1st November a room in a apartment in Wassbergrasse, Forch (Maur) will be available to rent for 1100 CHF (that could be lowered to 750 CHF, read below!)

The apartment is really quiet, and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood!

At the moment I live here with another roommate. I will be leaving for work reasons. The other man that will stay here is very friendly, clean, organized and supportive!

The apartment is about 5 minutes by foot from the station, and in 25 minutes you can reach Stadelhofen (Zurich) thanks to the S18 line! Or, you can reach by car Uster in 20 minutes.

There are also a lot of parking spots around so you can safely and freely park around the building.

The apartment also includes a ground floor cellar where you can easily store your bike. Washing machines are shared with others in ground floor too.

Final info to reduce rent: the 3rd room currently is not rented out, so potentially, with a 3rd roommate, the room's monthly rent could be lowered to 750 CHF!
