Furnished room for rent in a shared apartment!

The apartment is 92 square meters, with a large kitchen, modern bathroom, guest bathroom and a very large living room and balcony. There are two more rooms, of which I want to rent out one.

The room comes with a bed (can be pulled out into a large double bed), desk, chair, wardrobe, clothes hanger, bedside table, small drawer and carpet. The curtains can be bought from the previous tenant.

I am looking for a female renter. I'm a (female) game developer and work from home about half the time. I live with 3 cats, which are very friendly and cuddly. Therefore I am looking for someone who enjoys the company of cats.

The apartment is located in Brunaupark. Right next to the building is a a tram stop for trams 5 and 13 and train stop Saalsporthalle, a Migros, a pharmacy and several other stores. Sihlcity is a 5 min walk away. With the tram 13 it takes 8 min to Enge and 15 min to HB. The building is also right next to a forest with a beautiful running trail.
