Hallo

Ich bin Livia, 29 Jahre alt, im Masterstudium und suche eine:n offene:n und unkomplizierte:n Mitbewohner:in. Ich bin eher ruhig und schätze mein Zuhause als Rückzugsort, freue mich aber über gelegentlichen Austausch oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen – zum Beispiel einen Spaziergang zur nahegelegenen Gelateria, einen Aareschwumm oder einen Konzertbesuch.

Personen jeden Alters und Geschlechts sind willkommen. Haustiere müssten von der Verwaltung bewilligt werden. Da ich mehrheitlich remote arbeite und studiere, bin ich tagsüber meistens zuhause. Falls das bei dir auch so ist, ist es für mich kein Problem, aber ich denke, das ist gut zu wissen :) Meine Freizeit verbringe ich auch gerne draussen oder beim Sport.

Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und von deinem Zimmer hast du Blick auf den Garten. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des Breitenrainquartiers – nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, dem Wankdorf Center sowie zahlreichen schönen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Innenstadt und Aare erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten.

P.S. Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zieht Anfang Juni aus. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel.

Hi,

I’m Livia, 29 years old and currently doing a Master’s degree. I’m looking for an open-minded and easy-going flatmate. I’m rather calm and see home as a place to unwind, but I also enjoy occasional chats or doing things together – like a walk to the nearby gelateria, a swim in the Aare or going to a concert.

People of all ages and genders are welcome. Pets would need approval from the property management. Since I mostly work and study remotely, I’m usually at home during the day. If that’s also the case for you, it’s totally fine with me – I just think it’s good to know :) In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors or doing sports.

The apartment is on the elevated ground floor (Hochparterre), and your room looks out onto the garden. The building is at the edge of the Breitenrain district – just a 5-minute walk to public transport and the Wankdorf Center, as well as many great cafés, bars and restaurants. You can walk to the city centre or the Aare in about 20 minutes.
