Large Room with Private Bathroom in Spacious Flatshare - Takeover from mid-July


I will be moving out of Zurich and am looking for someone to take over my large room with a
private en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower)
in our shared flat.
The apartment is over
150 sqm
and shared with
3 friendly young professionals
(ages 26-32). It has all the essentials, including a
washer and dryer in the apartment
.
The location is very convenient - there is a
Coop right in the building
and the
bus stop is directly outside the entrance. Oerlikon station is just 3 minutes away
and it takes c.a.
15 minutes to reach Zurich HB
.

We are looking for someone who is also around our age, who is
non-smoking, has no pets
and would be
renting the room for themselves only
(no couples).
As I currently share the main tenancy with another flatmate, the new tenant should also be willing to take over the main rental contract.
