L'appartamento è in condivisione con altri due coinquilini.
* La camera è già fornita di tutto il mobilio
* Il bagno è in condivisione con uno dei due coinquilini
* La casa è accogliente con una cucina ben fornita e un salone molto spazioso
* L'affitto è di 640 CHF/ al mese con tutte le spese incluse tranne il costo della lavanderia che è di 0.70 CHF/W
* La lavanderia è presente nel palazzo al piano terra.

L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica per gli studenti: è ben collegata per i trasporti pubblici. Sono molto vicine le fermate della linea 6 e 4 dei bus cittadini. Inoltre, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'USI o SUPSI.
Infine è molto vicino a molti supermercati della zona come la Coop, la Migros e la Lidl.

I am looking for someone to take over my room in an apartment at 76 Via Trevano from July 1 to January 31.
The apartment is shared with two other flatmates.
* The room is already fully furnished
* The bathroom is shared with one of the two roommates
* The house is cozy with a well-stocked kitchen and a very spacious living room
* The rent is 640 CHF/ per month with all expenses included except for the laundry fee which is 0.70 CHF/W
* The laundry on the ground floor of the building

The apartment is in a strategic position for students: it is well connected with public transports. The city bus lines 6 and 4 stops are very close. In addition,it's a 10 minute walk from USI or SUPSI.
Finally, it is very close to many supermarkets in the area such as Coop, Migros, and
to Lidl.
