?The apartment is located in the north of Lugano (Mulino Nuovo) in a strategic position, close to USI and SUPSI (15 min walk), supermarkets (Migros,Coop,Denner and Lidl), bar and restaurants.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a large balcony and a bathroom.
The monthly rent is CHF 480 + around 40 for tax for trash, tax for TV, Wi-Fi and utilities.
THE APPLICANT WILL BE SUBLETTING THE ROOM.

?The flat will be shared with two other young room-mates: one girl (Beatrice, 23) and a boy (Davide, 26) both currently studying and working in Lugano.
Ideally we are looking for a similar profile (master student or young worker) to share the apartment.

- Deposit of 900 CHF (Will be given back at the end of the stay)
