Would you like to live in this furnished room facing south-west with a view of the garden and the Villa dei Cedri museum? The house is gorgeous and is located in a quiet area near the city center. The shared shower and toilet are on the same floor, opposite the room.

The kitchen is shared with me, four students and other occasional guests. We have a piano and a guitar available between 7:00 and 21:00.

The room will be free from September 15. The minimum duration of the contract is one month.

The price includes additional costs (electricity, water, heating) as well as:
- waste tax
- radio and television license fee
- Wifi
- washing machine and dryer
- covered parking for bicycles.
