As title says, I have a room in shared flat, which I want to rent. I work and live in Zurich but I have a flat in Lugano,

The rent is 650, but it can be reduced to 600 when we reach 4 flatmates. The flat is completely fournished.

The caution is 1000 francs. I don?t accept swiss caution nor first caution. I ask at least a month of stay. But for temporary stays, I can computate every single day.

I?looking for quite, no smoking and not complicate people.
