Wir haben eine neue WG gegruendet und suchen jetzt 1-2 nette Mitbewohner!

Die Wohnung ist eine 120qm 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung, wobei alle 4 Zimmer einzeln begehbar sind. Es gibt ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie eine Küche mit Platz zum Essen. Kuche und Bad sind komplett eingerichtet; für die gemeinsamen Bereiche müssen wir noch ein paar Möbel besorgen. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive (WLAN, Kabel-TV, Heizung, Wasser, Strom). Der Preis von ca. 1100 CHF ist ein Durchschnitt – die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich gross (etwa 15–22+ qm), also werden kleinere Zimmer etwas günstiger und grössere etwas teurer sein. Die Zimmer sind unmoebliert, damit du sie dir nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst. :)

Wir sind zwei Männer, die beide im Kryptobereich in Zug arbeiten. Einer lebt fest in der Schweiz, der andere ist viel unterwegs und nur selten da. Wir wuerden uns freuen über jemanden, der:

* ordentlich ist und Kuche & Bad sauber hält
* ruhig ist (zumindest nachts) und easy-going
* gerne mal zusammen Dinner hat oder was unternimmt
* aber auch ruhige Abende fuer sich geniesst
* Nichtraucher ist
* keine Haustiere hat
* Englisch oder Deutsch spricht; alle Geschlechter willkommen

Das Haus hat einen eher ländlichen Charme, keinen Lift, aber einen Keller und sogar Stauraum unterm Dach. Direkt vor dem Haus fliesst ein schoener ruhiger Fluss. Ein Parkplatz ist inklusive. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 6 Minuten entfernt.

Einzug ab November möglich, eventuell auch etwas frueher, wenn alles flott geht. Erzähl uns über dich. Wir freuen uns, dich kennenzulernen! :)

We have founded a new WG and we're looking for 1-2 new flatmates!

The flat is a 120sqm 4.5 room apartment, whilst the 4 rooms can be entered individually. Additionally, there is one bathroom incl. Washing Machine and Dryer, and a kitchen with space for eating. Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished; furniture for the common areas we still need to get. Included in the rent are all utilities and charges (Wi-Fi, cable, heating, water, electricity). The price of 1100 is an average - the rooms have different sizes, roughly 15-22+ sqm, so smaller rooms will be cheaper and bigger ones more expensive - the final prices we still need to calculate. The rooms are all unfurnished, so you can make it your own :-)

You'll be sharing the flat with two guys working in crypto in Zug, one of which lives permanently in Switzerland, the other constantly traveling and coming in very rarely. We'd love is have someone who:
\- is tidy, keeps kitchen and bathroom clean after using
\- is quiet (at least during night haha) and easy-going
\- non-smoker
\- no pets
\- English or German speaking, any genders welcome

The building feels quite rural, has a nice charm, has no lift. There is basement storage area, and also in the attic there is additional storage possibility. There is a calming nice river right in front of the building. One parking space is included. Bus station around 6mins from the apartment.
