I’m subletting my 30 m² bedroom in our shared flat located in the heart of Winterthur’s Old Town, on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The room will be available from mid October (I am flexible) until the end of March 2027, while I’m in Germany for my pilot training.

The flat is a triplex apartment, with one bedroom per floor, ensuring plenty of privacy. My room is located on its own floor and has a bathroom right next to it, which is shared with just one other person. There’s also a second bathroom downstairs.

The flat is fully furnished with high-quality furniture, and it’s important to me that the subtenant respects and takes care of it.
