I am looking for a flatmate with a flexible starting date. The apartment is 88 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 closet. The apartment is furnished. The apartment is very modern and stylish. It has a bath tub and shower, big loggia with sofa, OLED TV and fast internet.

The area offers everything you need - Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi, Irish pub, barbers and cosmetic studios, bakery etc. Limmat is 200 meters away where you can cycle to Zurich (10km or 35 Minutes). The river is perfect for jogging or enjoying the sun.

The S-Bahn station Dietikon is directly next to the building and it takes you 15 minutes by to Zurich HB. There is a direct train to the airport as well.

Pets and music instruments are not allowed. Liability insurance is a must as well as proof of income. The deposit is 1500 CHF.

You are gonna be living with Raya - 28 architect/project manager. She likes travelling, tennis and socialising with her roommate.
