Hello hello!

We’re Irene (29) and Blanca (25), two friendly and easy-going girls from Spain, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home starting October 1st, 2025.

We're hoping to find someone in their late 20s or early 30s who’s chill, respectful, clean, and appreciates both shared living and personal space. If you're someone who enjoys a cozy, relaxed environment, values tidiness, and is up for the occasional hangout while also doing your own thing — we think you'd be a great fit!

A bit about us: We’re both quite independent and often work from home, but we also travel frequently and spend lots of time out with friends. While we each have our own routines, we love coming home to a clean, peaceful space — which is why we have a lovely cleaning person who comes twice a month (CHF 60/month per person).


_The Apartment_

The flat is located next to the train tracks near Hardbrücke — but don’t worry, it’s quiet inside and comes with a surprisingly stunning view of the Swiss Alps in the mornings!

The apartment is modern, spacious (120 sqm), and fully equipped. It has:


* 3 bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms (with washer & dryer, one of the bathroom is shared and the other one is owned by Blanca)
* A bright, newly renovated kitchen with a cozy sun bench
* A large living room
* A storage room
* And best of all — a big terrace with a chill-out area and BBQ!

Your room would be approx. 18–20 sqm and is located near the entrance of the flat and you would be sharing the big bathroom with Irene.


_Other Details_

Most of the common furniture was bought by the three of us, so we kindly ask for a one-time contribution of CHF 710 to cover your share. Additionally, the room comes with a custom IKEA PAX wardrobe, which you can purchase for CHF 300 — it's perfectly fitted for the space.
