Ich suche eine Mitbewohner*in für meine tolle 3.5-Zimmerwohnung im angesagten Kreis 5. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Hardbrücke ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, und auch die Tramhaltestelle liegt quasi vor der Haustür – perfekt, wenn du auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen bist.


Das Zimmer:

• 14.5 m² gross, unmöbliert, mit einer grossen Fensterfront und Blick in den Park sowie auf den Prime Tower
• Eleganter, dunkler Parkettboden
• Eigenes WC und Dusche – nur für dich!

Zu mir:

Ich bin über 30, weiblich, und wohne hier mit meinen zwei haarigen Mitbewohnern auf vier Pfoten. Aremis und Archie, zwei ziemlich charmante Katzen, die eigentlich die wahren Chefs der Wohnung sind. Ich schätze eine angenehme, respektvolle Stimmung in der WG. Man darf sich gerne mal in der Küche verquatschen oder gemeinsam ein Glas Wein trinken – muss aber nicht. Ich bin eher jemand, der sein eigenes Ding macht, aber sich über unkomplizierte, lockere Begegnungen im Alltag freut. Wichtig ist mir, dass es sauber bleibt und wir uns beide wohlfühlen und respektieren.


Miete und Details:

• Mietbeginn: 01.09.25 (unbefristet)
• Miete: CHF 1’463.– exkl. Nebenkosten
• Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten oder eine Mietkautionsversicherung

About me:

I’m in my 30s, female, and I live here with my two furry flatmates on four paw. Aremis and Archie, two rather charming cats who are, to be honest, the real bosses of the apartment. I appreciate a pleasant and respectful atmosphere at home. If we end up chatting in the kitchen or sharing a glass of wine now and then – great. But no pressure. I’m someone who does her own thing, but I enjoy easygoing, friendly encounters in everyday life. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to me so that we both feel comfortable in the space.
