We are offering a bright room for rent in our beautiful duplex apartment located in the peaceful Triemli neighborhood, in the popular district of Albisrieden (Kreis 9).
Just a stone’s throw from Stadtspital Triemli, Uetliberg, and public transport, this home combines urban comfort, residential tranquility, and closeness to nature.

The apartment :


Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (the available one is 18 m²), a shared bathroom (to be shared with Raphael, as Martin has his own bathroom) with washing machine and dryer, and a communal living floor with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, utensils, etc.), dining area, and living room with video projector – perfect for cozy evenings. The apartment also has a terrace and a plancha grill available.
You will share the flat with Martin (34 years old, speaks German, English, Spanish, Polish) and Raphael (30 years old, speaks French and English).
We are looking for an active, respectful person between 25 and 35 years old who would like to join this friendly flatshare.
The rent includes electricity, internet, as well as cleaning service (2 hours every 2 weeks).
Bicycle parking is available in the underground garage.
