My friend and I currently have a free room in our flat and are looking to rent it out exclusively to students. If you're interested, please send us a message about yourself in English. We do not speak German, so if your message is in German or simply asks, Is this room still available? without addressing the details, we'll know you haven't read the description and will not respond.


About Us:

\- We are three students from ZHAW (one 21 y.o., two 25 y.o.).
\- Two of us are away often, especially on weekends and during summer break, while one person will be around most of the time.
\- The flat has two bathrooms, so there's no issue with bathroom traffic.


What We're Looking For:

\- A student with a chill vibe.
\- Someone who drinks alcohol in moderation. We emphasize this because we recently had to ask a flatmate to leave due to excessive drinking, which led to unacceptable behavior.
\- We enjoy partying occasionally but prioritize peace and privacy for all flatmates.
\- We are strict about noise: after 10 PM on weekdays, the flat should be quiet out of respect for those sleeping.
\- Sundays are sacred no noise whatsoever.
