The apartment is large (140 m²) and was completely renovated in August 2025. It’s located in a quiet area with mostly young people living in the building. You’ll be sharing the flat with
J (F 24, student)

N (M 27, worker)
both friendly, easy-going, and respectful.

kitchen is brand new
and fully equipped with all utensils provided by the landlady and a dishwasher. There’s even an
automatic lawn-mowing robot
keeping the garden neat. The
bathroom setup
is convenient: one small bathroom with WC and another with shower, shared only with one flatmate (the other has a private bathroom).
