Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer im Türmlihaus in Winterthur ab dem 15. März (auf Absprache auch schon früher).

Das Zimmer ist abgesehen von einem Schrank und dem Lavabo unmöbliert. Es liegt im 2. Stock und der Boden und die Wände sind neu. Die Wohnung ist Teil der Altstadt und liegt zentral (ca. 7 min zum Bahnhof) direkt gegenüber vom Technikum (ZHAW).

Im Türmlihaus leben 32 Studierende – es ist also immer jemand anzutreffen. Das Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und es werden oft WG-Essen oder Filmabende organisiert, sodass du schnell Anschluss findest. Du teilst dir je zwei WCs und zwei Duschen mit sechs anderen Personen, die im gleichen Stockwerk wohnen. Im Haus gibt es zwei Waschküchen, drei Küchen und ein Wohn- und ein Gemeinschaftszimmer.
Während des Semesters findet jeden Donnerstag die Türmli-Bar statt. Du bist also immer in guter Gesellschaft :)

Wichtig! Du musst die WOKO-Kriterien erfüllen, um das Zimmer mieten zu können. Das heisst: du musst studieren (an der UZH Universität Zürich, ETH Zürich, ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK), Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich (PHZH), Hochschule für Heilpädagogik Zürich (HfH) oder Kantonale Maturitätsschule für Erwachsene (KME)) und das Zimmer mindestens für 6 Monate mieten.

I am renting out my room in a shared flat in the Türmlihaus in Winterthur available from March 15th (or earlier by arrangement).

The room is unfurnished apart from a wardrobe and a washbasin. It is on the second floor and the walls, and the wooden floor are new. The flat is part of the old town and has a central location (approx. 7 minutes to the train station) directly across from the Technikum (ZHAW).

There are 32 students living in the Türmlihaus, so there is always someone around. Living together is uncomplicated and shared meals or film evenings are often organised, so you will quickly make friends. You share two toilets and two showers with six other people who live on the same floor. The house has two laundry rooms, three kitchens, a living room and a recreation room.
During the semester, the Türmli Bar is open every Thursday. So you're always in good company :)

Important! You must meet the WOKO criteria to be able to rent the room. This means that you must be a student (at UZH, ETH, ZHAW, ZHdK, PHZH, HfH or KME) and rent the room for at least 6 months.
