Room for rent in Winterthur (Student only), we are students from ZHAW and are looking for a flatmate. The room is 12m**2 and it's connected to another big room which is also yours to use. It comes with a bed, a bedside table, a cloth hanger and a small drawer but more furniture can be fulfill if needed. The apartment is fully furnished to the max with a full equipped kitchen and also the bathroom equipped to the max with everything you need as a student. The criterias are you must be a cool person and uncomplicated and are willing to party sometimes and also keeping a peaceful environment. We also really value cleanliness, and the flat is almost always really clean without a single drop of dust flying around.
